Return & Refund Policy
We hope you really love Renate Exclusive designer jewelry. If you have any issues or concerns, please notify us either via email [email protected] or call us at (631) 533-4071. If something needs adjustment (too long/short, etc.) we will be happy to provide this service without charge.
Before returning an item, please contact us to obtain return merchandise authorization - returns without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
We will charge 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Note about free shipping: If your were eligible for a free shipping, upon return, we will deduct shipping cost (USPS Small Flat Rate Box) from final return amount.
Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation and packaging, and shipped within max 30 days of receiving it. Please note the customer pays the return postage. Jewelry can be returned for full refund within 5 days of receipt, and within 30 days for either in-store credit or coupon. Special orders are final sale and cannot be accepted for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, without any signs of wear, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including satin ribbon used for packaging. Any free gifts included in the order must be returned. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than Renate Exclusive), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
Special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return. Gift cards cannot be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected by our QA team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, and the final eligible refund amount. Please note that jewelry can be returned for full refund within 5 days of receipt, and within 30 days for in-store credit. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days. In-store credit will be sent to you via email as one-time coupon.
PayPal orders may be returned for credit back to your PayPal account. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your account to be credited.
Sale Items (if applicable)
All sales are final. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: 20 River Road Apt 16B, New York, NY 10044 US.
To expedite exchanging for different product, we recommend returning for refund and placing a new order. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your refund to be processed.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, you should mail your product to the return address provided on your package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We recommend insuring return shipments, and providing us with tracking code. Note: Renate Exclusive, LLC will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order.
